Mango Coins are the virtual currency of MangoKonnect. They let you send a direct message to someone you have not matched with yet, so you never have to wait for a mutual match to say hello.

Starting a new chat costs 1 coin. Reopening a chat you have already started is always free.

Konnect lets you message another user directly using Mango Coins.

Unlike regular swiping, where you may need to match before you can talk, Konnect gives you the option to reach out first.

• 🍏 Green mango: you like the person.
• 🥭 Red mango: you are not interested.

You can also swipe right to like, swipe left to pass, and swipe up to say hello straight away.

The Marketplace lets approved vendors advertise their products and services to MangoKonnect users.

Vendor requirements:

• Complete the required verification process.
• Buy an active Vendor subscription before you post items.

MangoKonnect reserves the right to review, approve, reject or remove any listing that breaks our rules.

Instant Match lets you search for people based on the preferences you choose, such as:

• Age
• Gender
• Body type, height and complexion
• Other available preferences

It is a faster way to discover and connect with people who fit what you are looking for.

1. Open your Profile page.
2. Tap Edit Profile.
3. Tap the ✕ on your current photo to remove it, or upload new photos.
4. Tap a photo to make it your main picture.
5. Tap Save Profile.

MangoKonnect uses two types of verification to confirm that you are a real person:

• Email verification: we send you a code or link to confirm your email address.
• Live selfie verification: we may ask for a live selfie. Keep your face visible and well lit. Do not use a photo, a video or someone else's image.

Verification helps keep MangoKonnect safe, and it comes with a badge.

Chatrooms let you join discussions with other MangoKonnect members. Depending on availability, you may find private rooms, general rooms and topic-based discussions. You can share photos, documents and voice notes in chats.

🚫 Chatroom rules

• Do not post phone numbers or personal contact details publicly. To exchange contact details, send a private message.
• Bullying, harassment, threats, abusive language, spam and inappropriate behaviour are not allowed.
• Members who break these rules may be removed from the chatroom for 24 hours, or have their account suspended or deactivated, depending on how serious the violation is.

MangoKonnect offers three premium plans: MangoXtra, MangoPro and MangoUltra.

To buy a membership:

1. Tap the ⚡ button.
2. Select Buy Coins.
3. Tap Go Premium.
4. Choose your preferred plan.
5. Complete your payment.

Sneaky Mode comes with the MangoUltra plan. It keeps you invisible on the app while you can still send and receive messages.

Dark Mode changes the app from the standard light display to a darker theme. You can find this option in your Profile settings.

By using MangoKonnect, you agree to:

• Treat other users with respect.
• Avoid bullying, harassment, threats and abusive behaviour.
• Not spam or misuse the platform.
• Not post phone numbers or personal contact details publicly in chatrooms.
• Not impersonate another person.
• Not post illegal, fraudulent or inappropriate content.
• Respect other users' privacy.
• Follow all MangoKonnect community guidelines and applicable laws.
• Never send transport fare or money to people you have just met on the app.

Marketplace buyers: always ask for a live photo or video of an item before you pay. MangoKonnect is not liable for any loss, damage or fraud resulting from such transactions.

MangoKonnect reserves the right to restrict, suspend or deactivate accounts that break these rules or misuse the platform.
